Job Title: GL Revenue Accounting Executive

Location: Nigeria

Job Description
Looking for a suitable candidate to fill the role of GL Revenue Accounting Executive who would be responsible for:

Ensure accuracy in recognition of Interconnect Revenue & Post-paid revenue reportingEnsure zero level of bad debt by reconciliation of partners’ account and liaising with respective partners for prompt paymentEnsure timely reporting of all month-end reportsEnsure annual financial statements are prepared in line with current international accounting standardsClosure of 10-year plan to support AFS evaluationEnsure collation of all relevant audit data and ensure smooth running of audit exercises within Financial Reporting DirectorateDaily monitoring of receivables collections from all Interconnect Partners and Postpaid CustomersBi-weekly intimation of receivable positions to relevant stakeholders.Manage the relationship with both internal and external parties, Interconnect partners, Enterprise team and CSD team in order to ensure that collection of all outstanding receivables are received on the due dates at all times.Enure proper hygiene controls on all GL linesEnsure reconciled GL positionsEnsure that all schedules are reconciled to system balances

Financial Dimensions:

Zero exposure to the business arising from non-payment by Interconnect Partners and Postpaid customersDecrease bad debt positions in Interconnect & Postpaid an all other Airtel’s receivables rising payment issuesAccurate reporting of all revenue lines to ensure zero tolerance of exposure in terms of over/under reporting

Other Dimensions;

Accuracy level of 100%Timely reporting in line with SLAsAdherence to policy and procedures

Requirements
Applicants must have:

A Bachelor’s degree and professional qualification in Accounting.3-5 years’ work experience in an FMCG or Telecoms industryStrong analytical skills and Microsoft excel proficiencyStrong financial analysis and reporting skillsAttention to detail and ability to translate financial data into usable business intelligenceGood team playerAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities

Location: Nigeria

Job Description
Looking for a candidate to manage our Enterprise Sales Operations in West Region. The successful candidate would be responsible for:

Entrenching the Airtel Business Brand within the Enterprise Market (All segments) with a view to having the dominant market share in the designated region.Leading teams in the acquisition, growth and customer management of B2B customers in the region.Full accountability of Regional B2B revenue, brand equity, B2B relationship management, B2B customer service, B2B revenue assurance and debt management.

Requirements

Job Description
Looking for a candidate to fill the role of Prepaid Acquisition Executive. The role is located in Airtel Head Office, Lagos. Successful candidate would be responsible for:

Design and implemention of Acquisition initiaties and strategies.Appraisal of Acquistion incentive structure with mrk to market recommendation.Monitor month zero revenue growth from all acquisition offersDrive growth of month zero revenues via bundle offersGADS performance management- Channel & Kit insight, Month Zero Revenue, Share of Gross Adds(SOGA) and (Customer Market Share (CMS) analysis.Drive monthly churn process to support MSISDN availabity for Acquisition

Requirements
